Parcels may be returned undelivered for various reasons. Once an item is dispatched, please regularly check your tracking information.

 

If a parcel is returned due to issues like uncollected items from the local delivery office or incorrect address/delivery name, Trash Compactor is not responsible for the resending cost. Two options are available:

1. Cancel the order and refund the costs minus postage.

2. Resend the items by sending the postage again.

 

Ensure your address on your Etsy account is accurate, as it is the information received when you order. Changes to your account after an order won't update the existing order.

 

To prevent design theft, I don't sell my figure designs digitally. Nearly 99% of items in my store are my original designs. If not, the description mentions the original designer, and I offer prints only with permission. Credits and commissions are provided to other designers whose work is used or sold on Trash Compactor.

 

For any doubts, feel free to contact the designers directly. While I don't heavily engage in print on demand, I'm open to helping if I know the designer and the request aligns with my offerings.
