I aim to fulfill orders promptly, processing them in the order received for fairness. Dispatch times vary based on the item type; some are in stock for quicker shipping, while others are printed to order, taking longer. Each item's production and dispatch time is specified on its listing.

 

Given limited storage, I don't print larger items in advance, ensuring a diverse selection in the store. Note that production and dispatch times may change based on order volumes. Time Frames unfortunately can be effected by customers who place orders without paying attention the the FAQs.

 

When you add items to your basket in Etsy it combines your items and gives you a shipping rate based on the largest item. 

Please dont break the insurance limit of £250  value per box. Doing so complicates matters and causes delays.

 

While waiting can be frustrating, understand the varied dispatch profiles.

Following the advice given in the FAQs will help keep things moving and allow me to get orders out on time.

 

If ordering items with different dispatch times, the longest applies to the entire order, aligning with Etsy's practices.

 

Once your order is prepared and ready for shipping, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

If your email from Etsy doesn't contain tracking info, please sit tight, it means it's completed and I'm waiting for Royal  Mail collection, dont have the tracking info yet, or haven't had a chance to add the tracking info yet.
