The default delivery timeframe for items ranges from 0-4 weeks, allowing me time to create orders amidst the current order volume. While this may seem lengthy, orders are shipped within the specified timeline, created in batches to expedite the process. I work towards Etsy's provided dates, considering them as the set timeline.
With a sequential order queue, items are dispatched based on the ordering date and readiness. As a single-person operation, I lack the capacity of an Amazon warehouse or a factory with pre-made stock. Your items will be shipped within the timeframe or even sooner.
Unnecessary tracking inquiries can cause delays; please refrain from chasing until the indicated shipping week. Orders are shipped promptly once ready, with occasional delays due to unforeseen issues with Royal Mail or label problems. Once shipped, use the provided tracking info for updates. If stuck in your country's airport or left the UK, contact your local delivery company, as I can't intervene post-UK departure. Excessive inquiries may lead to order cancellation. Your patience is appreciated.
The maximum value added to one box is based on the insurance/protection -
UK - £500
USA - $310 / £250.
EU - €300 / £250.
Everywhere else in the world, 250.00 GBP equivalent in your currency.
Kindly be aware that surpassing the £250 parcel limit may result in processing delays. For instance, if your order totals £1000, it is akin to placing four separate orders, each with a value of £250. This leads to various complications. (this is explained further in Postage).
Please purchase the correct postage insurance rate based on your order value, and note that postage is combined for multiple items in your Etsy basket.
Etsy offers customer order protection for issues like discrepancies with the item description, damaged items, or non-delivery. Please inform me of any issues first before reaching out to Etsy.
