If you wish to add to an existing open order, kindly message me with the details of what you want to include. If the postage already paid covers the additional items, I'll provide a basket code for you to use. Note that this process is manual and time-consuming. But I'm happy to do it, as it does make life easier than refunding postage over 20 items that have individual postage applied.

 

Before requesting, ensure the existing postage covers the additions.

For multiple items, please use the basket feature before checking out. Let me know if an item is out of stock, and I'll relist it for you.

 

Avoid ordering multiple items individually with separate postage rates, as this complicates preparation and requires manual intervention. While I understand waiting can be frustrating, refunds and order merging take time, impacting everyone's orders.

 

For a smoother process, create and log in to your Etsy account. Add items to your basket, and they will remain even if you leave the site. Alternatively, mark items as favourites and add them to your basket when ready to complete the purchase from your account favourites.

Also if you dont sign in and place an order, it shows up as a (guest account order), and when I'm boxing it won't show other orders or any of your previous purchases

So as I can't see other orders you have that are open this way, you'll end up paying separate postage for each item and I won't know or be able to do anything about it sadly. 

 

Combined orders are usually shipped with the one due first, even though it may seem unfair to those waiting. But it makes it easier to manage.

In most cases and if production times are a factor, I'll complete and hold your order  until your later items are ready., then combine them and complete them all together.

I try to be fair with excess postage refunds over multiple orders.

All orders are globally shipped with Track and Trace, and you'll receive a tracking number from Etsy once the item is shipped. If no tracking number is showing on your completed order, the items haven't been shipped yet as Etsy have jumped the gun and sent out the shipping email!

Order for Stickers and Decals are sent via 1st class Letter post. So we can't track them but Royal Mail can If there are ever any issues.
