If you wish to add to an existing open order, kindly message me with the details of what you want to include. If the postage already paid covers the additional items, I'll provide a basket code for you to use. Note that this process is manual and time-consuming.

For multiple items, please use the basket feature before checking out. If an item is out of stock, let me know, and I'll relist it for you.

 

Avoid ordering multiple items individually with separate postage rates, as this complicates preparation and requires manual intervention. While I understand waiting can be frustrating, refunds and order merging take time, impacting everyone's orders.

 

For a smoother process, create and log in to your Etsy account. Add items to your basket, and they will remain even if you leave the site. Alternatively, mark items as favorites and add them to your basket when ready to complete the purchase from your account favorites.

 

Combined orders are usually shipped with the one due first, even though it may seem unfair to those waiting.

All orders are globally shipped with Track and Trace, and you'll receive a tracking number from Etsy once the item is shipped. If no tracking number is received, the items haven't been shipped yet.
